Why not play a game of Kubb ? (pronounced koob) What is kubb you ask? Kubb is a popular swedish game from Gotland. It is played all over Sweden but it's origins are said to be from the Vikings from Gotland. There are of course many discussions about this but if you are Guter from Gotland you of course know the true story.
Kubb Game Rules
- Set up field with kubbs,king and markers.
- 1-6 people per team. 2 teams up to 12 . the best is 2 per team or one on one.
- Objective: tip all the other team's kubbs.
- Toss the batons. No helicopter throws allowed. You must throw underhanded.
- After the last kubb is down.....Drop the King.
- Play in snow, on the beach,grass or cement.
