It wasn't just in Stockholm and not in the whole country but in all of Europe there was snow. Normally we can always count on the nothern part of Sweden to have a lot of snow but this year we have an unusual amount of snow in both the southern part of Sweden and Stockholm. We have recently seen years which doesn't have any snow at all and other years where we get just a dusting. But this year we got a lot of snow. It is deep,lovely, and everywhere. Who couldn't love 30 centimeters of the white stuff? Now that we are celebrating the "in between days" of Christmas and New Years the candle lights have a special glow. We had a wonderful white Christmas which really gave it a special feeling.
